Learning extends beyond the classroom at Willis Lane Elementary. Through creative expression, hands-on exploration, and community support, WLES PTA enrichment programs help students discover new interests, develop their talents, and connect with the world around them.
Reflections
Every student has a
story to tell.
Reflections encourages students to explore their creativity and express their ideas through original works of art inspired by an annual theme. Students of all ages and abilities can participate in categories ranging from visual arts and photography to music, dance, film, and writing.
WOLF Garden
Hands-on learning in the great outdoors.
The Willis Outdoor Learning Facility, known as the WOLF Garden, gives students opportunities to experience nature, gardening, and environmental learning right on the WLES campus. With help from volunteers and our school community, this special space supports discovery, responsibility, and an appreciation for the natural world.
